Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Lobor does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, CPRA).

We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, do not sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration, and do not share personal information for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

However, in compliance with California Civil Code §1798.135, we are providing this page so that California residents may exercise their right to opt out at any time. Because we do not sell or share, no opt-out action is required for our processing.

Authorized Agent Requests

Per California Civil Code §1798.135(c), an authorized agent may submit a verifiable opt-out or rights request on a consumer's behalf. We will require the authorized agent to provide written authorization signed by the consumer, and we may contact the consumer directly to confirm both the authorization and the request.

Verification

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a rights request. Verification typically involves matching information you provide with information already in our records. For some requests we may also ask for proof of California residency. We will only use the information you provide for verification and will delete it once the request is closed.
