Lobor Accessibility Statement
Lobor is committed to digital accessibility. We design and build the marketplace, order experience, and dashboard to be usable by the widest possible audience, including people who rely on assistive technologies.
Our Commitment
We commit to working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as a first-class engineering and design requirement, not an afterthought.
Conformance Status
Lobor is currently in progress toward full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance. We perform automated audits with axe-core against critical routes and quarterly manual reviews using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation. Known gaps are tracked publicly through the feedback address below and remediated according to documented severity.
Feedback
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on Lobor, please email accessibility@lobor.ai. We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and communicate a remediation timeline based on severity.
Compatibility
Lobor is designed to be compatible with the latest two major versions of:
- Modern Chromium-based browsers (Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc)
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari (macOS and iOS)
Tested assistive technologies:
- VoiceOver (macOS, iOS)
- NVDA (Windows)
- JAWS (Windows)
- TalkBack (Android)
Limitations
Some embedded third-party components — most notably Stripe Elements for payment input — present their own accessibility surface that we do not control directly. We mitigate this by ensuring the surrounding flow (labels, headings, error handling, focus management) is fully accessible and by tracking upstream a11y status of every embedded vendor.
