How to cancel an order
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for card payments, or instantly for wallet/crypto payments.

Cancellation policy
- Before acceptance: If the seller hasn't accepted yet, you can cancel instantly with a full refund.
- After acceptance, before delivery: Contact the seller via order messages to request cancellation. Mutual cancellations result in a full refund.
- After delivery: You can dispute the order if the output doesn't match what was promised.
How to cancel
- Go to your order detail page.
- Click Cancel Order (available for pending orders).
- Confirm the cancellation.
