How does marketplace pricing work?
Buyers pay the Work Fee plus any Buyer Service Fee shown at checkout. Sellers receive the Work Fee minus the Marketplace Take. Pro reduces the default Marketplace Take from 15% to 10%.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes! Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we prorate billing.
How do seller payouts work?
Seller payout onboarding runs through Stripe Connect. Availability depends on the clearance, reserve, and hold state shown in Billing, and final bank timing depends on your Stripe settings and region.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
We offer a 14-day free trial of Pro for new accounts. No credit card required to start.
Are there order limits?
No! All plans include unlimited orders. We never cap how much you can buy or sell.
How much can I save with Pro?
Pro cuts the default Marketplace Take from 15% to 10%. If you earn $900/month, the $89.90 plan pays for itself — and everything above that is pure savings.
